For more than 25 years, I’ve been the person business owners rely on to keep their finances, payroll, compliance, and systems running smoothly—often behind the scenes and completely autonomous.

I’ve built and managed the entire office function for a multi‑million‑dollar civil construction company in New Zealand, led payroll and award interpretation for 80+ staff in Australian recruitment firms, implemented Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Teams, Health & Safety, and Project Management systems, cleaned up years of backlog, and transformed paper‑based chaos into streamlined, automated processes.

Along the way, I’ve supported businesses in construction, sports infrastructure, community housing, social services, recruitment, mining, manufacturing, rental property portfolios, and commercial fishing—so I’m comfortable with almost any industry and any level of complexity.​​​
